This is Nasir Uddin, founder of Local Home Inspection LLC. I welcome you to Local Home Inspection, and thank you for visiting the site. I am certified (AHIT), insured and licensed to perform Home Inspections including Wind Mitigation, 4-Point Inspection and Roof Inspections related to Real Estate transactions & Homeowners Insurances. General Home Inspection, Mobile Home Inspection, Roof Inspection, Tie Down Inspection and all other related inspections we frequently provide in our service areas.
I am a member of InterNACHI & abide by their stringent home inspection Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. We take pride in performing Home Inspection in my own county (Pasco) and surrounding counties.
